gives
you an opportunity to see before you buy. |
The window where we want the blind has a concrete
lintel. Is this a problem? |
Our fitters have
tools for every eventuality. Unfortunately it
will be a bit noisy & dusty but your blind will be
fitted OK. |

Do you make roman blinds from customers own
fabric? |
Yes this can be
done but there are limitations on the type
and
quality of the fabric. We recommend for best
results
you choose 100’s of fabrics available
to view in our
showroom. |

Can I choose the control sides for my blinds? |
You can choose
control and stacking sides options for most
blinds. We can offer extended cord controls or
electrically
operated blinds for difficult to
reach windows. |
Can I have the drapes only replaced on my vertical
blind? |
Yes. Bring one
Louvre of each drop into the shop and select
a
replacement fabric. Some older rail systems may
not be
compatible with our hanging system. In
this instance you
may need to replace the whole
blind. |

What guarantee do you offer on your products? |
What guarantee do
you offer on your products?
The Guarantee
period varies but generally we try and give
a 5
year Guarantee for most products. For Awnings the
guarantee period is 5 Years. For Conservatory
blinds we
offer a Free First Service. We can
also offer an annual
maintenance visit ifor
awnings and Conservatory Blinds.. |

Do I need roof blinds? |
Many factors will
have to be considered including the
position of
your conservatory and the type of roof you have.
We find that even with today’s tinted roofs and
special
glasses that our customers find he
glare and the heat to
much. To reduce the heat
and glare we we offer pleated
fabrics with a
solar protective coating , enabling our
customers to make full use of their
conservatories. |

What does SPC (Solar Protective Coating ) mean |
Solar protective
coating is usually known as SPC,. SPC is a
coating on the fabric that filters and reflects
sunlight and
helps to reduce heat build up in
summer. SPC fabrics are
flame retardant and
available as pleated , vertical and roller
blinds for conservatory sides and pleated for
conservatory
roofs. |

What type of blinds can I have on the roof? |
Pleated blinds or
wood weave blinds are the most popular
and
practical solutions for conservatory roofs. We
have now
introduced new Perfect Fit
international system for pleated
blinds. This
means you can have your roof blinds (and side
blinds) installing without the need for drilling. |

Will the heat be reduced in my conservatory? |
All blinds will
provide shade and reduce the heat to a
degree.
Pleated blinds are most effective due to the
special
solar protective (SPC) backing they

the roof. Can you fit into all
shapes? |
We can supply
blinds to most shapes and sizes of roof
panels.
Very Rarely there are situations where we cannot
install blinds. |
Can I move the blinds when I do not want them over
the
roof? |
Most blinds can be
made to move although obtuse triangles
may have
limited movement. We can advise on this when we
visit to estimate. |

How do I operate the blinds? |
Our Blinds can be
operated with a pole that fits onto the
blind
or alternatively they can be electrically operated
using
a wireless remote control handset. |

Will my hold there shape over time or will they
sag? |
Our pleated blinds
are fitted with a with thread or tape that
equalizes the pleats to ensure they do not go out
of shape. |

Will my blinds need cleaning? |
Periodically you
need to let the blinds down and clean them.
We
can do this for you on an annual or biannual basis
if you
require. |

Will my conservatory guarantee be affected? |
We have fitted our
blinds to most manufacturers’
conservatories.
We have extensive knowledge and know
where you
can and can’t fix.
If you are concerned check

Where can I use Plantation Shutters and Blinds? |
Plantation
Shutters are purpose made and can be fitted to
windows and doors or can be used as room dividers.
Plantation Shutters Arches , Bay Windows, Patio

French Doors and any variety of other
